Asoke Valley Winery is our estate’s own on-site winery that began its operation in January 2009. After its latest expansion in 2022, the winery now has the maximum capacity to produce 300,000 bottles per annum. This state-of-the-art winery uses imported winemaking equipment from France, Germany, Italy and Australia.
Our grape processing and sorting technology is one of the most advanced in the world. We only use the highest quality French and American oak barrels for the aging of our wines, and temperature control stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
The winery operates hand-in-hand with GranMonte’s vineyard. Both winery and vineyard operations are under the sole responsibility of Nikki Visootha Lohitnavy, our in-house oenologist and winemaker. Our innovative winemaking techniques capture all the important aromas and tastes that set our wines apart.
